With the type of system you are aiming for it wouldn't hurt to upgrade the PSU to something better, personally try and get a Corsair RM650X 80+ Gold fully modular.

u dont need water cooling on the 7600k u can get away with a 30$ air cooler easily still have temps in the 60s even overclocking

all ATX cases will take mirco ATX boards

IMO the water cooling is worthwhile as the temps can go down 30-40c

ur old pc is pretty much trash at this point

that cpu will not bottleneck ur 1080ti at that resolution looks good

Corsair makes good PSUs. I have an EVGA 600W Bronze Plus PSU, and its served me very well. I might recommend the 500W version.

Did you do a clean install when you put windows on the SSD? If not, there could still be boot files or something on the old drive.
