Yep, you should be fine!

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

The driver will only install if you've updated to SP1 though, so make sure you install from recent media, or update your system to sp1 first, before installing the GPU.

Yes, however here is a paragraph that you might be interested in incase you haven't purchased your 560 yet. https://videocardz.com/74310/amd-quietly-launches-slower-radeon-rx-560

Just make sure you know the specs before you buy.  Look for listings that explicitly state "1024 streaming processors" or ask around to see if a model is the full 560.

I picked up a VisionTek RX 560 2GB OC for a super cheap desktop build and it ended up being a 1024 SP model.  The SP count was not listed, but for the price I was willing to gamble on it.  I would not recommend a 2gb card though, I have a number of games in my library that have performance issues with 2gb cards.
