is the Corsair CX 430W V3 a good PSU or should i look for a different one

Corsair makes good PSUs. I have an EVGA 600W Bronze Plus PSU, and its served me very well. I might recommend the 500W version.

You don't buy PSUs by brand.

Tbh EVGA B1 is quite bad.

100%. I'd recommend for the average 1050 Ti owner to buy an EVGA 500B realistically.

It would work but the CX-series that have a grey logo on the side are newer and much better.
