windows not activated

hi guys, i just did windows creation media tool and made a iso in rufus to do a clean install beacuse i changed my motherboard, processor and ram. but same ssd which installed my windows 10 OS. after that i formatted all my partition drive, "System" / "OEM Reserved" / "System Reserved" / as far i remembered which i dont know what are those because it was windows 7 before i just upgraded to windows 10 for free before. what should i do? i cant do personalize also

You will be limited certain personalization until the activation key is registered to your MB's S/N with Microsoft.

If its prebuild, case should have COA sticker with key. Otherwise you could have retrieved it from previous install, but now thats too late.

rip now, but win10 unactivated still ok to use for gaming?

Yeah, its fine. You only loose customization and have watermark.
