NO! The multipack includes a cooler and the box only include the CPU. Check the part number of what you are ordering, it should have MPK at the end and not BOX/WOF .

Yes you can do that. Install your OS to the SSD and clear Microsoft files  from your other hard drive. You can just move the apps that you need to the SSD if there's still space. 

intel actually has some undercover employees at AMD to mess up their chipset and memory controller so intel can still have some hidden advantages in the market.
