Orange power led?

Hi!

I have just put my first PC together. I am using a Asus strix z270f motherboard. All is fine with the computer however I noticed the power led on the mobo is a steady Orange. Is this normal?

all good - don't worry

if it keeps being orange when unplugged from the wall call MIT and charge a couple of billions for it!

Just means there is board power. If you shut it down and turn off the power supply or unplug form the wall, it should take a few seconds before the LED goes out because of capacitors.
