    The A15 inside the iPhone 13 stomps all over the Snapdragon 835 in the OnePlus 5T, and iOS has very good RAM management - my iPhone 7 from 2016, with a much weaker CPU and only 2GB of RAM can handle many games in the app switcher, since iOS unloads them from RAM after a short time.

    I would go with the 1060, since it is VR ready, and you only have to spend about 50-100 dollars more (USD).  The RX480 is a great card, but it all depends on what games you play.  If you play a lot of graphics-intensive games, 1060.  CPU-intensive games, RX480.  If you play a mix of both, 1060.

    I personally use the BenQ XL2411Z.  It's about 280 USD, so about 260 euros.  It's really bright, has IPS, nvidia 3D Vision, and a ton of other cool features.  It also has a 1ms response time.  I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for good 1080p gaming.

    It would be great with a GTX 1060.  Who are the hard drives made by? I'm assuming it's Seagate.  I would replace those if they are Seagate, since they have been known to fail.  Good find!

    Yes, I have a 4k monitor in my back pocket that I use to swap out my 1920x1080 monitor when I'm not gaming.

    The CPU is basically the best on the entire market having an industry-leading 4.7 GHz on 8 cores.  You can't really upgrade it.

    You should try and return it for the same one if you got it in a store, and tell them that it's dead.
    If not, then you are probably going to have to buy a new one.
