The callousness of the way Linus has handled the entire Billet Labs situation has been TERRIBLE.
 
- Figured out they were using a card the GPU was not designed for
 
- Decides to use wrong card anyways instead of stopping production
 
- Gets data the block was not cooling the card correctly
 
- Published the video trashing the block 
 
- Gets obviously annoyed he was called out on the video
 
- Says it's not worth a couple hundred dollars to retest it
 
- Says none of prior ethical mistakes matter because it's not worth $800 anyways
 
- Doesn't send a prototype part back to the company
 
- Puts Billet Labs behind on development of their product
 
- Uses it for an auction at LTX

For the large majority, GN is correct. The thing that sticks out to me has been the extremely large increase in * corrections. * this and * that. They need to let their foot off the gas a little. They're moving too fast and breaking things too quickly, catch my drift?
 
However, in my personal opinion, part of the video, in regard to sponsorship, seemed a bit more personally driven, rather than fact-based. But besides that, LTT needs to ensure accurate data. I will 100% back that. 
 
Hopefully, Linus and LTT will take a moment to reflect before rushing to any statements or any off-handed remarks on the WAN show on Friday. 

Damn top one is definitely a juicy one, ill think about these for a few days and see which one ill get. Victus definitely has the looks I need from my laptop, maybe a 15" would be better but for the price I'm not complaining. Thanks a lot!

It can definitely cause the CPU to throttle. This is why I said the X570-A Pro is absolutely awful.

For gaming?  The GPU being the "bottleneck" isn't a problem, it's when your CPU's too slow to keep up with the GPU that you run into issues/inconveniences.
Also buying a 12-core for gaming is pointless.

...and you should stop with that fanboyism when big YouTube outlets are making videos about how bad amd drivers are I think it's a hint that something' isn't quite right.

Yeah, even when I crank up all the settings in the relive recording, the video still tends to look like low bitrate or something?
NVIDIA just seems the more user-friendly choice to me.

120FPS is a huge upgrade from 75, the more frames the less input lag. I can see a HUGE difference while playing when my FPS drops from 120 to 70-80.

250FPS in what e-sports games? You just listed hundreds of games that could be considered e-sports because they have an e-sports scene.

It was just me saying that I would prefer buying new, but if you have something to change my mind with, go for it.

AMD's software is really buggy, currently using R9 380 and im not having the best experience with it. Sometimes opening Tenor in Discord makes my GPU crash, AMD ReLive's desktop recording records a green/black screen and doesnt work properly even with the newest drivers that I tried. Sometimes audio doesnt work on video (I dont mean my own voice), their fullscreen recording for fast clips sometimes doesnt work and says that the relive clipping thing is off and only works until you alt tab out and back in.

Yep, physical measurements and connectors check out. It's a pre-built computer which can come with all kinds of ungodly designed internals, so I would get your new card from somewhere you can return it to in the event that it won't work out, just in case.
