For mITX, well the Core 500 is pretty good and supports basically all GPUs. For mATX I like the core series and for atx I like the s340 or the source 210

VS series PSUs are pretty crap and I would reccomend upgrading to a quality Seasonic or XFX/EVGA unit

Yes, each of them are different. If it's the VPF 550 or VP550P, they are solid Delta build units that are independent regulated via dual mag amp (VP550P) or DC-DC (VPF 550) and as such offer superior voltage regulation than the S12II 520w. However, they are a bit noisy.

I would try to push your budget another bit and get the GTX 970.

It's a very dense fibered wood and is excellent for counters or work surfaces, as for legs I personally would go for the more sturdy cabinets or wide legs that span the depth of the desk but the cheaper one that screw on do work. 
 
EDIT: One thing I do notice is in the details it mention filling material as particle board and paper where this may be just a veneered and edged table and not 100% solid bamboo.

You are badly misinformed… your CPU is equal to the g3258 and when you over clock the pentium you can beat the 860k easily. 2 stronger cores is better than 4 shit ones. The 380 will literally smash the 750 ti no matter what way you put it. Also that case and PSU are probably the biggest POS I have ever seen, if you want to live get a different PSU.
