950s are generally pretty good performance/price cards, but for the best p/p go either AMD or GTX960/970.

well if your psu have the cable, i suggest you get one that allows you to add more juice to the card

just so it doesnt put to much load on your 24-pin on the motherboard and allows for more overclocking headroom

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
