Building a PC soon, asking if its balanced

I'm going to build a gaming PC soon to play games like Battlefield 4, Call of duty, and CS:GO. The monitor I'm gonna use is a 1440p tv. I am willing to spend something around €1000. i already have a keyboard, mouse and windows OS. I probably will overclock it after i know it works.

This is the list of things I'm considering:

CPU: AMD Viscera FX-8350, Eight-Core
Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-02
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
GPU: GTX 970 MSI
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16BG DDR3
PSU: EVGA 110-B2-0850-V1 850W
Storage: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM
Paste: Arctic MX-4
LED Lights: NZXR CB-LED10-RD
Fans: 120mm ENERMAX T.B. Silence
2nd Fan: Rosewill RFA-120-K - 120mm
DVD read/writer: LITE-ON 24X DVD Writer

sorry if i made any spelling mistakes (I'm dutch)

4690k, the 6600k's predecessor. It's not that much less powerful, but it may well be cheaper and it needs a Z97 mobo and DDR3 RAM.

an i5-6400 for around 190 euro and you dont need an z170 mobo  and hyper 212evo either then

Dont get that, I have it and its good, but it has no place in a €1000 build
