I thought cable blocks interference I don't think i have powerline and i did that cmd test and all the packets were being received

All components could take static shock damage. But it'd have to be a lot. You don't need to wear a anti static strap tapping the PSU or any other grounded metal every so often will do just fine. Putting the GPU back in the bag when transporting is just an extra precaution since it will be outside the case

Yo partpicker said my wattage is only 79-340.. So probs don't need more than a 550W And what is this wifi card? do u have any links to them

not alot of PC parts get cheaper, simply due to such small amounts of competiton, i wouldn't count on it.
