It's simple, follow this guide: http://www.overclock.net/t/1522651/disable-boost-and-bake-in-max-game-stable-clocks-for-maxwell
Bios's made here ( this topic ) are for extra voltage and TDP.

Don't bother arguing with him. I've yet to see him post something that's not utter bullshit.

Just read this article on pcper named DX12 GPU and CPU Performance Tested: Ashes of the Singularity Benchmark. You can clearly see that even if Nvidia cards does not get that much of a boost they still go Toe to Toe. And as for the 3.5GB VRAM... There is 4GB of VRAM and 500 megs of it just runs slower and still faster than the information can go through all of your system. That's been a discussed theme milions of times. And as for "stuttering" issue I don't have it and GTA V pushes nearly 4GB VRAM of my card and theres no mythical stutters and slowdowns. So stahp the hype train and pick whichever you want...

AF120's also come in QE's and are quieter than SP120's.

SP120 in push and AF120 in pull is fine for performance but I'd go with both 2x AF120's for lower noise.

Crossfired 380's would run better than a single GTX 970.

The thing about ALL headphones (literally every single one of them, regardless of the number of drivers in the cups, etc) is that they can only play stereo sound. Surround in headphones is based off of using software to mimic the way that your brain interprets sound locations. Your brain uses very, very slight differences in the time it takes a sound to reach your two ears to determine where a sound comes from. As such, surround software simply re mixes the stereo signal to do pretty much the same thing. And that's also how every single "7.1 headphone" on the market works, whether or not it has multiple drivers in the ear cup. (hint: about 90 percent that are labeled as 7.1 surround actually only have two drivers total, one for each side. Making them stereo headphones.)

Mate like 4 years ago I was in the same exact spot like you are now. I have bought razer kraken pro's. It was comfy and I thought it siunded very well. Then I have started reading a lot of audiophile forums. So I thought as I paid 100 euros for krakens I took 100 euros and went to the nearest hifi shop. I asked them hey I'm a noob at headphones and I have 100 euros what can you reocmmend? They recommended Audio Technica ATH-T500. And they said you probably like closed headphones and bla bla bla and this is a bit cheaper but for the proce ot sounds not bad. So I took them. My feeling after listening to them. Oh my god that crispyness. Oh my god my ears are not overheating anymore. And they are comfy (shit razer famboys would say to defend their headsets is that hifi is not comfy, but it really really is). And when I amplified them through my Samson Meteor Mic... OMG. Compared to krakens of course. Never looked at headsets and razer again. And never will. Besides plastic on krakens was sooooo squeky!! Learn from others mistakes mate...

I have Audio Technica ATH-T500. I think it sounds good. Definetly better then krakens that you wanted to buy. That's also a pair of closed cans. Open rear cans would probably sound better. If you can find Audio Technica ATH-AD500X for 100€ that probably would be better than ATH-T500.
Mate, Beats by Dr. Dre is more of a brand than quality. Just like razer.

when spliting like that voltage dose not change. but it will pull 2x the amount of amps. most of the time you should be fine. but if you connect tomany fans to 1 port it may not be able to power them all.

TLDR: does not split voltage and 2 fans should be fine per port.
