4 UPS's for a single rack is way way overkill. That's like half a UPS per server in that rack which is ridiculous. 
 
Lose a UPS and get a rack mounted KVM like a normal person or don't and just throw it above the file server they're only 1U and much much better than that wall mounted nonsense you've got now.

Hey Cwis3man,   For servers, RAID and cloud access I would recommend going with WD Red. It has a cool, quiet and reliable performance, optimized for NAS and cloud access and has additional feature over regular drives that enable it to be more reliable, stable and to have more optimized performance under these specific conditions. Mount the rad on the inside and the fan on the outside, which is what I did for my h60 and then h75. You'll need to remove the filter for the screws to reach. Add a fan guard if you have one lying about or use the filter. I have mine set up as intake and typically get about 45°c at load (gaming) on my stock 4690k. My older 6300 of course was higher but not enough to worry about.
