CPU Cooler           Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i

Motherboard      MSI Computer ATX DDR3 1066 LGA 1150 Z97A GAMING 7 Motherboard

Memory                 Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Red (HX318C10FRK2/16)

Storage                 WD Black 4TB Performance Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5-inch, SATA 6 Gb/s, 7200 RPM, 64MB Cache WD4003FZEX

Video Card            MSI GeForce 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 Graphics Card (GTX 970 GAMING 4G)

Case                      NZXT Phantom 820 Full Tower Chassis with RGB Color Changing Lights and Fan Control CA-PH820-W1, White

Power Supply       Corsair RM Series 850 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS Gold-Certified Power Supply - CP-9020056-NA RM850

I hope that I can get some tips from you guys because I really don't know if this setup is going to work.

Right off the bat the 4790k is probably overkill for your build.

Why i changed a few things:
the Phantom 820, i own it myself. It is a cool case but VERY impractical in many ways, Airflow is good, but it can be a bit chaotic to balance it so you do not get turbulence in there and thus dead spots. The case itself is just overpriced, and after owning one for well over a year, i deeply regret not going with a H440. Which while being a slightly smaller and "simpler" case, has all the features i NEED, and quite a few i WANT. Except the lights... as for the lights, they are sort of OK, but i found myself turning them off after a while as the glare is just a bit annoying when playing games.

GPU:

a 970 is OK, but you want a REAL gaming card here man... the 390X is everything you need and everything you would want. It outperforms ANY 970 you can get, hell it is right up there with the 980, but it is way cheaper then the 980.

the CPU cooler.

The corsair H100i is OK. But it is "cheap" for its price... the quality of it is so and so, and it doesnt cool as effectively as other options. Ive built two builds with Corsair H100i's, one build with a CM Nepton 240m and my main build has a NZXT Kraken X60 (old model. New version is the X61)... honestly, the 240m (same size as the H100i) is quieter and slightly cooler then the H100i, the X60/X61 which is slightly larger radiator is just purely way way better then both the H100i and 240m... It doesnt cost that much more, which is great.

Another neat feature is that you can change the color of the LED in the CPU pump block. Thus you can color match the cooler with the rest of your parts.

NZXT also feature a software suit called CAM... its still a bit rough in the edges, but it is a really good software suite, way better then Corsairs "Corsair Link".

the M.2 SSD.....

If you want lightning fast response, boot up times faster then anything else, then this is the drive to get. Sure it costs A LOT. But that drive, is so fast you have no idea really... A normal SSD is around 550mb/s read and 500mb/s write.. this SSD is 2500mb/s read and 1500mb/s write... that is just mindblowingly fast. The only "storage" which is faster is your system RAM, followed by the RAM on your GPU....Neither of which can, at the moment, be used for operating systems....

Powersupply:

The AX1200i would be the ideal PSU for you, as it would happily accomodate a heavily OCd 4790k + TWO heavily OCd R9 390X's, however since it costs almost twice that of the RM 1000, which i have worked with before and can personally vouch for being a damn good product based on my experiences.

Yes, my build is a tad more expensive, but it is WAY stronger, performance wise.

EDIT:

This is approximatly what OPs build would cost ->
