Windows 10 installer in Czech?

You need to select english when selecting what version you want in the media creation tool. 

 

The default is Czech

I decided to download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it with a flash drive. When I try to install windows, the whole installing process is in czech and the only possible language I can get for the OS is in czech. Afterwards, I just redownload the media creation tool and try to put everything on the same drive again (Formatted) and it's still in czech, what's happening
