    thermal paste remover? some paper towels should be good and make sure to have them clean for every wipe you do

    what storage do you have? if you have 1tb then that should be enough, the cpu wont be able to handle to much but you might be able to keep the ram and if that is 3x2gb sticks then get a new 2x4 gb kit then upgrade the cpu to an 8320 then a used gpu should work fine

    EDIT: go for the fx 6300 instead since i don't think your motherboard supports the 8320

    ofcourse there could be, it's like you can have a cable which is exposed to the weather but it's working for now. however it wont work forever and when it rains it will just fuck up.

    the difference is actually quiet big now when i see it like this but if you're gonna pay the same then go for the 4790k for sure

    what you should do is put the cpu back to 4.6 and enable xmp and go at it with the gpu oc and then if that gets you better results then try to bump the cpu a bit more
