True, but I use crimson, and it's not that bad, considering I almost never use it lol. But the only reason to get a nvidia card in this price point is for shadowplay, if you're not recording, then get AMD..

I almost forgot, get an SSD, and for the HDD size, only you can tell, If you like storing music, movies, or anything...you decide the HDD capacity, if you can, don't get Hitachi HDDs, I personally had one fail on me...

I built my first gaming PC a month ago (typing on it now), I was good, but I ordered a 500gb Hard Drive, and it failed, so I had to buy a new one, but I got a 1tb for the same price, so it's better actually, I also did wait a loooongg time for my parts, bought them all separately....But mow it works like a charm.

I have a similar Pc from above, only with a R9 270, runs every game i throw at it very well, I only play bf3, and the Witcher 3, BF3 max settings 50-70 fps, and the witcher on high setting 30-40 fps, with my pentium OCed to 4.0ghz on stock cooler, over all good build...

I use a surge protector for the dell, my rig, and my 3 monitors all plugged into one... Not worth losing all that money cause my electric company just randomly works on shit without warning resulting in random power loss... They lit one of laptop chargers and the laptop on fire before... And refused to do anything about it and it was out of warranty...
They also did to a gateway desktop and sparks flew out of the psu and the psu began burning.
