when the gpu hits the power limit the card will momentary drop voltage and clock speed u can witness this with cards with realy low power limits with the midium PL cards u may not see this happening much because it happens so fast this is known as clock stretching i have experienced micro stutters during intense scenes in gun fights and some cases a hard stutter with my gtx 1080 armour which came with a 220watt bios after i flashed a 290watt bios to it, it helped the stuttering.... the card that i got would hit power limit on stock clocks after the flash it maintaines a stable clock speed and only dropped speed bins as it got hotter 
if i die in a game it better be me and not my system i rather suck then something holding me back

the TUF and the Noctua bios' have the same power limit of 270watts

cause at stock clocks that should be enough voltage 

if you guys want to see if u are gaining anything performance wise download  linpack extreme trc if u can get it tighter can result in 3 gflops in performance trdwr can realy slow down ur performance so realy tighten that up trfc can gain an additional 5 - 8 gflops u can use 1usmus ryzen dram calculator to get recommendations but u will need to change ur latencys to nanoseconds with thaiphoon burner 

figured out the instability issue turns out the system locking up was because of a failing hard drive even though the smart info says its all good 

because to use it the way i do requires you enable "shared memory" in general - user interface and after version 6.43beta he locked 24/7/365 use of it behind the pro license and in later versions it will auto disable "share memory" every 12-hours

also in later versions they add the hotspot sensor reading on the GPU....  do u have VRM and VRAM temp readings?

the armour was realy meant for people who planned to immediately replace the armour cooler with something far better while also have the msi gaming X pcb but most had a nutered vbios limiting it to roughly 200 watts i flashed mine to the 280watt bios so no longer hitting power limit 2114mhz core 1.075v 48C starts losing clock bins at 49C

but paying $100 for something that doesnt even have side buttons is a rip off

i have a gigabyte gtx 1050ti windforce oc dual fan gpu but it does not have a copper base plate thats preventing me from liquid metaling it 
i need ur guys help finding a cooler from any gpu that will fit my card and it must have a copperbase plate and require no modding since i dont have a drill press

now i will be keeping multiple copies on my hard drive 3 in total.... #never again

i got it too work FOR THE LOVE OF GOOOOOOOD
all i had to do is use a computer that had a DVD Drive and copy the entire MINI-CD's files to my USB drive
since my gaming rig doesnt have a dvd drive
"WARNING" dooooo not use the mouse drivers from ZALMAN's website they are junk and do not work with windows 7 (not tested on other operating systems)
use the driver CD that came with your mouse
the zalman website drivers will ask to restart the computer after install = does not work
the zalman CD driver will ask to launch the software after install = work like a charm

and i believe he has replaced the hdmi cable he hasnt updated me on that though plus he plans on running all his cables under the floor though the basement so his hdmi cable will be more then 50 feet so im thinking hes gonna have to consider going with shorter cables with a signal booster to conpensate
