There is this great website that allows you to search for pieces of the missing flight 370. They are all satellite images updated very frequently. There is over 1200 square miles of area to search and with the help of the internet the job can be made much easier.
 
When you go on the website it will show size examples of what you should be looking for. Get a mental image of that then press the "start tagging" button up top. It will load a section of the map for you to start searching. On the top left they're are tag options for oil, rafts, wreckage and other. When something is tagged users can vote it up if they agree and it will be reported to proper people. LTT do you part and contribute to the search!

I plan to drop some big money on a new system anyways. I can buy a system that guarantees me no money (a gaming system with NVidia) or I can buy the same-priced system but use it to mine in the 80-100% of my typical day when I don't play games, with no guarantee of no money but still be good at gaming. I've got a laptop now. Planned on mining dogecoin. I'm voting on the latter.
 
 
Ok. So I was looking to getting two R9 290X's and water-cooling them. I rent an apartment that is managed by a big company (they own a couple dozen buildings in my area) and the electricity is included in the rent. Also, the apartment is already pretty warm for my tastes and not the largest, so efficient silent cooling is a must. So mining, other than getting the rig, doesn't really cost me any money. To me, it's zero risk/cost investment and if it completely collapses, I still have what I originally wanted: a decent gaming machine.
 
My question is this: Should I spend the extra $50-100 per card to get a factory OC-ed version of the card? I typically understand that they might have better chips and components in them, translating to a better life-cycle.
 
If I was ever concerned about an ROI is if mining completely burns out any of the cards.
 

As stated in the manual on their website I tinted the CPU best I could with a thing layer with a credit card and put a small dot in the middle

Hi all, i have 3 r9 280x and whenever i mine with only 1 card, my Hashes look like: http://i.imgur.com/aJpXBB5.png?1 .. but whenever i mine with 2 cards, my hashes for each worker is 300 each! almost like my video cards decided to be lazy and split the work for the same result. Can anyone please help ? im willing to donate my first LTC to whoever can successfully help me out!

Contact a solicitor, then like @looney said get in touch with an investor. It's still going to require a little bit of money to protect your idea though.

Lots of lag, low framerate..... but if you have enough GPU horsepower then it will look very high detail, curved lines will be curved even with no AA, Text etc will be smaller etc
