How do I enable surround sound for my games?

Hello,

 

I got my new receiver today, a Yamaha rx a730. It works good and when playing DTS tracks it's amazing. But how do I enable Dolby/DTS in games. I connected my receiver with hdmi. GPU to RECEIVER to MONITOR

You should be able to do it on the actual games audio settings.

Depends on the game if it's recorded in surround sound.
