Does windows 10 install anything extra? If not where did these come from?

I just upgraded a brand new laptop i got yesterday with nothing on it except 8.1 to windows 10. Once i booted up these where on my desktop. What are they? is this normal?

Thats not normal. They were probably preloaded on win8.1 by the store/manufacturer

Do happen to have a N version of 8.1? Korean version just like the UK are N versions.

When you upgrade, Windows 10 setup re-installs your programs.

So you had these programs before.

Use PCDecrapifier to uninstall those apps.
