Audio-Technica ATH-M30x vs. Skullcandy Uprock headphones?

Jackgamer91

I have never spent over $50 on a pair of headphones and I was just wondering if there is a difference in quality between the Audio-technica ath-m30xs and the Skullcandy Uprock headphones I got from TJ Maxx for $15?

Get the audio technicas, they will be much higher quality, I have the m20x which are sort of the "little brother" of the m30x and they are fantastic for the price, they sound and look great, don't feel flimsy, and are really comfortable.

Yes, the m30Xs will be good. I used to have a pair of classic m30s, and they were pretty nice. The sound quality is pretty good for the price, and the build quality is acceptable. The m30X has similar sound quality, but is built a bit better. I would recommend a pair of superlux 668b instead of the m30X, as they seem to have a bit better sound quality and are semi-open.
