I have the M65 RGB and I love it, the RGB part is a bit useless, but I love the mouse, its a nice size and feels very solid - it also has the side grips and the DPI toggle 'sniper' button which I love using.

I tried the M45 in the shop and didn't really like it, M65 all the way ;)

M45 has better sensor but no sniper button. Its also a bit lighter so should be easier to move. I would only consider M65 if you think the RGB lighting and aluminum looks are more important than performance.
