Move your video card down a slot if possible and try again. Are the video cables you're attempting to use working? Are they frayed at all?

Are you connecting the monitor to the motherboard or to the graphics card?

I connected graphic card with HDMI because graphic card doesnt have a VGA port.

So i connected with motherboard with VGA

BUT, both did NOT work... :(

Its probably not the cables or where you're plugging it in

I had this problem a little while back too, the problem might be static discharge on the motherboard. I would recommend trying to change out the BIOS battery and if that doesn't work request an RMA from the retailer you purchased the parts (GPU, motherboard) from.
