Anyones experience with this drive? Im deciding between this or a 850 EVO.

Please go with the 850 Evo.

They switched the NAND in it to really terrible stuff, giving you much worse performance.

Go with anything from Crucial or Samsung. They have the best price to performance. I've used SanDisk and they're good too.

Anything but Kingston Sandisk make very good budget options and Samsung, intel and crucial are very good high performance drives.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

No problem with my Kingston v300 (laptop) and Kingston 3K (desktop). You can go with samsung, intel and crucial if it is available in your place.

v300 was awful, I bought it and regreted it, got another SSD since then speeds were awful.

Personally I would advise you go with a Samsung drive or HyperX over the V300 series due to their nand issue.
