I have two cats Camron my black tabby kitten and Cooper my white Maine Coon kitten i found them in box in dark alley i brought them home cleaned,vaccinated,neutered them. Now they are getting bigger to point where they slash my furniture. and aggressively resisting baths. Your thoughts and opinion are greatly appreciated.

I haven't owned cats but personally I think declawing is cruel.  It's your call though, someone else who actually owns cats will know more than me.

To OP:

Maybe if you could find a way to put little socks or something on your cat.... jk, trimming would be the best way to go, just be careful when doing it so you don't trim too much of the nail off, otherwise it could start bleeding & cause pain for the cat.

All three cats we have are de-clawed. Simply because there used to be a small child in the house and he'd get a small scratch from time to time. His mother complained (they were our roommates) They were going to move out if we didn't have our cats declawed. (We couldn't afford rent for more than two months if they would have moved out then)
