When first launched, the mobile market was a licensed duopoly. This system was a failure, resulting in slow deployment, high prices and little innovation." Congressional action in 1993 opened the market to new carriers including Sprint, the letter said. "This competition resulted in tremendous investment in the wireless industry, broader deployment, greater innovation, and falling prices. It is absolutely true that this explosion of growth occurred under a light touch regulatory regime. Some net neutrality debaters appear to have forgotten, however, that this light touch regulatory regime emanated from Title II common carriage regulation, including Sections 201, 202, and 208 of the Communications Act."

What effect will reclassifying mobile data as Title II have on investment? "So long as the FCC continues to allow wireless carriers to manage our networks and differentiate our products, Sprint will continue to invest in data networks regardless of whether they are regulated by Title II, Section 706, or some other light touch regulatory regime," Sprint wrote.

Its great that not every carrier is against net neutrality and want to screw over their customers. I am currently using sprint on my note 4; because of this I'm not leaving sprint anytime soon and for people in places where sprint has ok reception get sprint to support the company.

If they had money to throw around like AT&T and Verizon, they wouldn't be doing things like this. Only Sprint and T-Mobile will do things like these, because they have the worst coverage.

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k | Mootherboard: ASUS P8z68v-Pro | GPU: EVGA GTX780Ti 3GB | RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB (4GBx2) 1600mhz | PSU: Corsair AX760 | STORAGE: Samsung 840 Pro 512GB | COOLER: Noctua NH-C14 | CASE: Fractal Design Define R4 Pearl Black | Operating SystemWindows 7 Professional 64-bit |

I have been using sprint for a long time and never had a problem with throttling. And I sometimes use over 50gb a month of data. But sometimes their network sucks. 3g is still God awful where I live. I don't think I've seen their 3g go over 1 mega bit down. Lte is pretty fast though. Not anything crazy but it's okay.

My profile pic is the game i'm currently playing. I hope i remember to change it..

as long as they deliver on their 14 mpbs im fine with that even if other companies are faster because on a phone you wont really be downloading large files. also i got 20 GB per month and monthly payment for my note 4 for the same price as my verizon 2GB per month. yep the cost of the monthly note 4 payments and 20GB is the same as verizon 2GB

That's why i love sprint. I have their unlimited plan and i love it. But i dont get 14mbps on LTE i get about 6.5mbps in my house. Usually a 1080p video is okay but not always. That why i want faster LTE, and 3g. And i only want faster 3g only because LTE isn't everywhere yet.

How do you like your Note 4? I have the Note 3 and absolutely love it.

Lol. I never really got into the S-pen. For browsing websites its pretty cool but i have a tough time writing with it. I'm rooted so i don't have S-pen features anymore. It basically just works as a finger now. No special features or anything like that.
