What Are Your Thoughts on Call of Destiny: Advanced Titanfall?

Hey guys, by the title I mean Halo 5: Guardians. Gameplay can be found here:

 

 

So what I want to know are your thoughts on the game and whether or not you will buy it.

 

My thoughts:

 

I think it's trying way too hard to be like other games. It's the same issue I had with Halo 4 and why I hate it with a burning passion, the games tries too hard to be like Call of Duty. Halo has been a series that has always been it's own entity and a lot of people hate it as it was just as any game. When Halo would launch Call of Duty was the one to copy Halo, taking features and gameplay from it to capitalize on innovation and overall better gameplay. My issue isn't with the playstyles of either it's the fact that all games devolve into being the same and it's obnoxious. I don't want the Choice between Battlefield, Halo, and Call of Duty to feel like all 3 of them are the same game. Honestly at this point Battlefield is the only one deviating from the standard formula. It's weird to think a specific sub-genre of FPS (the military shooter) is just filled with a bunch of samey games.

 

Adding Destiny in the title really has nothing more to do with Halo except that there are thruster packs which also are prevalent in Titanfall and CoD Advanced Warfare. Destiny has it's own issues that make it samey and boring, manly being a watered down Borderlands but that's a topic for another day.

 

So please leave your comments below on what you think of really all of the listed titles above, games are supposed to be an art and in art copying others is not praised it's shunned.

I'll buy it, if there is day one season pass and tons of in game micro-transactions starting at 50 dollars.

Apparently the MCC was a really big mess with a lot of bugs, so...I should avoid Halo 5 anyway.

I'll probably get halo 5 for the forge mode, as I do with most halo games. Halo 3 best forge!
