ACU.exe has stopped working

this keeps happening after every 30 minutes or so of playing assassin's creed unity. just to make it clear, i bought the game, i did not pirate it. i called ubi tech support and they told me it is doing that because i pirated the game, but i didn't

This is a common problem with AC Unity right now.

Ubisoft makes decent games, but they can't code for shit..

Are they thinking that investing more money on PC ports aren't worth the money?

They should understand that customer relations are actually much more important.

Is it possible to write up a ticket through your uplay account? It'd be pretty hard to accuse you of piracy if they could clearly see you own a copy of the game on your account.

They told you it was because you had pirated it. Time to break out the "Ubisoft Just Keeps on Digging" memes again!

Edit: To answer the question. Head to google and you'll find a bunch of fixes. Or wait for a patch.
