Have been mining for an hour but confirmed reward doesn't show up

hey guys i am completely new to mining and i am using slush pool for mining and have been mining for hours at 1.4 g/s my estimated reward goes up but no confirmed or unconfirmed goes up. could anyone explain please i am a complete noob to this topic

Bitcoin? there probably is no reward 1.4GH/s is not enough.

 

And rewards are generally only awarded by the pool once a block is complete. Which can take multiple hours.
