GTX 750 TI Failing WUs

bc07d.png

Ignore that the 750 Ti is marked as "580", and that my 580 is getting 5,658 PPD.

The card is not OCed. I usually get 40-70K PPD on Core 17 WUs.

Ok.

Are both gpus recognized in the settings and both have a slot?

Is your internet connection stable? Maybe it failed downloading the WUs.

Maybe even F@is down or their latest WUs suck/arent optimized for Maxwell

So I Checked FAHControl

bcUPr.png

And my 750 Ti is marked as "UNSUPPORTED: GM107 [GeForce GTX 750 Ti]" And yes, my internet is stable...

Although I've been able to complete Core 17 WUs before..

Maybe through a recent driver update?

I'd suggest reinstalling the drivers and if it still doesnt work wait a week, probably just temporarily.

If I remember what Whaler said before, I think that WUs are just not working properly on Maxwell and until they get Maxwell fully supported WUs are going to inevitably fail.

A while back all core 17 WUs failed by default, but since then they've developed a temporary "work-around" to address the issue at the cost of reduced performance. Unfortunately it turns out that it's a driver issue, and one that Nvidia themselves needs to address (which they still have not done, to the best of my knowledge). With the temporary fix in place there's really no reason for the work units to fail under normal circumstances. I have 3 750tis of my own folding and I have not had a single failure since the "fix" was introduced 5-6 months ago.

If you have an "unsupported" card, one thing you can try and downloading the GPU white list again - in the FAQ there is a link to get a copy of the latest GPU white list. Install it again, restart client and see if that works, Also make sure NVidia drivers are up to date.

You should see one slot (CPU) with 6 cores, and then a slot for each 750 - so four slots in total. Please provide screen shots. If having issues, best bet, start a new thread so we can troubleshoot your issues.
