My favourite 3 are:

Linus Sebastian (Linustechtips) very helpful videos, slick is a boss, love his pc builds

Elric Phares (Tech of Tomorrow) One of the Legends of the PC Master Race, does some insane pc builds, feel sorry for him cos he got booted from his own company (motherboards.org: kinda like how Steve jobs got kicked out of apple in the 90s)

Austin Evans (Austin Evans/Duncan3303) Love his attitude and spirit, especially when his house got burned down, makes some of the most comprehensive PC guides and educational videos on youtube.

My personal favorite is TTL and OC3D TV. All the others I only watch here and there, so I don't really know how to rank them.

Tiny Tom Logan, Barnacules and Tek Syndicate are probably my favourites outside of LTT. Although I do like Kyle from Newegg with his Awesomesauce news channel, and also Jayztwocents when he does the customer builds, such as project red mist.
