I would say just wait for z97 boards and CPU's. But other than that it looks pretty good, and why sli 280's? Why not get like a single r9 290(x) and CF it later on?

i was having them in the bottom as it will look less cluttered and more sexy with just the pipes and wires

after you saying this i added another 360mm to the build o put at the top

@Lays so you reccomend anything else or different

Tubes: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/17587/ex-tub-1575/PrimoChill_PrimoFlex_Advanced_LRT_Tubing_38ID_x_58_OD_-_10ft_Retail_Pack_-_Clear_PFLEXA10-58.html

Pump: Some variation of this like just a pump, or a res/pump combo

Fittings: Any color of these (Straight, 30°, 45°, 90°)

EK makes good blocks for CPU's and GPU's. Also i recommend for like $10 more going for the blocks with Nickel in them (Helps reduce corrosion)

Get a bridge that is the same brand as your waterblock

Wheres the block i cant find it and no you can just run a tube between the two GPU's or you can get a metal tube that will extend and compress to fit between the two.

@TheNinjaNextDor

the H440 might be able to use a 45mm thick in the roof, but depending on

RAM/MOSFET 'sinks. usually, though a 30mm for all. so your 60mm 360

and ST30 240 would work well as a 280 can also.
