In your opinion what is the best cpu cooler for around $40-$60

consider things like looks, and cooling power

just doing a build for a friend and cant decide on one

For $50 the Noctua cooler(I forget so just look it up) or the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2.

Hyper 212 evo, I personally own one and it keeps temps below 60 on my 8350 :P
