For $50 the Noctua cooler(I forget so just look it up) or the Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2.

Hyper 212 evo, I personally own one and it keeps temps below 60 on my 8350 :P

CM Hyper 212 Evo. It seems like I recommend the 212 Evo about 12 times a day lol.
