I just got the beta yet to try it. Did you try the family sharing thing?

Looks nice. Would it work from an A6-3650 and GeForce 7025? Just kidding. How about Radeon 7790 to the A6-3650?

EDIT: Where do I sign up for this beta?

The PC that I am streaming to has a 30$ Celeron G530 and its using Intel HD graphics and it streams just fine I was playign Crysis 1 on it just a few miniutes ago. I think you have to be accepted intot he beta you also need steam beta client. I randomly got a email saying that I was in the beta so if u get a chance to try it I would.

I take it this would be in the settings of your Steam client? And wired to wireless/vice versa would work?

EDIT: I have 10MB/s PC to PC, so I'm assuming that should be fine?

10 megabits might not be enough I have a 100mbps wired connection on my gaming rig and a 54mbps wireless g connection to the pc I stream to and its fast enough but it uses about 30-40% of that wireless bandwidth so im not sure 10 is enough but you can try it. also yea go to steam settings and participate in beta and if u get accepted ull update steam again and have a new menu called inhome streaming.

Not megabits, megaBYTES. In this case I have about 80Mbps PC to PC.

I have just tried it and it is awesome! This is what I have tried so far:

Server:
CPU: i5 3570k
GPU: GTX 660 2GB
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 7

Client:
HP Probook 4525s, Windows 7
CPU: AMD P340 2.2GHz Core 2 Duo
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon 5000 Series
RAM: 3GB

Network:
Gigabit wired to ASUS RT-N56U router.
Wireless to laptop 2,4 GHz, 802.11n. In the same room as the router

Borderlands 2 ran at 1080p 30 FPS without any issue at all.
Bioshock Infinite ran at 1080p ~55 FPS and no issues there either.
All settings were on highest possible and the network usage was around 15 Mbit/s! (1,9MB/s)

Even using the keyboard and mouse on the laptop felt instant! I am having a nerdgasm! Can't belive that i can now play all my games in highest settings on my 4 year old laptop, it is ridiculous!

Edit: I saw you on the steam forum Kilobytez, nice to see people from LTT forum over there!
