4.3GB RAM usage just for the Battlefield V program, or total system usage?

At 1440p high I saw around 11-12GB total system RAM usage in the Battlefield V beta, but they may have optimised some things since the beta.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Just so you know, unused RAM is wasted RAM. The more a system can cache in RAM, the better it'll perform. It's normal for games these days to use 4GB or more. In fact, I've seen GTA V even without any mods use around 6GB and that's a pretty old game now.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

Can anyone tell me if it is normal that bf5 is only using 4.3gb max ram at 1080p ultra?

I think what you are seeing as 4.3 max usage is VRAM. Which is labeled as Memory Usage in MSI AB. Which is dead on where it should be with your PC specs. Try adding RAM usage to your OSD(MSI AB). Or whatever OSD you are using.

I did and how i said the total ram usage is around 8 gb and when i look in taskmanager bf5 is only using 4gb which i think is very little. Others have problems thag their ram usage is around 13 gb when playing bf5. So i wanted to ask if there is somewhere a limit Set for ram

Yea i mean the opposite, so i think thats way too little being used. Other useres complained about to much ram being used. I also have some stutters

Post a screenshot of both your memory usage(VRAM) and your RAM usage using MSI Afterburner.
