to be precise, Mi 8 is a full fletched flaggship pretty much.

Pocophone F1 is basicly... a decent Midrange Smartphone with a high end CPU.

It lacks an OIS for the Camera,

only Plastic Case (Plastic is NOT a bad material, it simply feels less premium),

no NFC,

only an average looking LCD Screen,

no HD Streaming for netflix (will probably be patched),

etc.

However, over the Mi 8 it has a huge 4000 mAh Battery and a Headphone Jack.

tbh, any modern Flaggship is fast enough to be used even 3-4 years easy.

Only 2 things, that might make it more difficult:

- Battery gets weaker over time

- Updates are provided usually for 2-3 years~. But if you don't have a problem using a 1 year old Software, no problem there.

But yea, if you find a mi8 for a good price, that will be an almost unbeatable value^^

Is the honor 10 better than the mi8?

No, Honor 10 is more like a Midrange phone, Mi 8 is flaggship. Better Camera (ois, better sensor, etc. DXO Mark at least rated it quite high, almost at P20 Pro level),

Display is better (Oled),

Snapdragon 845 also beats Kirin 970.

It's a valid choice tho, if it's a regular Honor 10 vs. a Mi 8 import (chinese/english Rom maybe, maybe a missing band or something).

Pure spec wise (aka overall package, Performance level, etc), Mi 8 is at a similar Level as the P20 Pro, Galaxy S9+, LG G7 ThinQ or any other Flaggship.

Make sure to read the small text. Sometimes they do this but restrict it to 10 units or something silly just to get people onto their site. $200 just sounds too cheap for that phone, even for a site like gearbest
