Title says it all, adaptive sync is important to me, and freesync also makes the overall cheaper. Tnx!

RX 580 of course, unless you're building in a suffocating case in which the higher heat output of the RX 580 is a big disadvantage, big enough to make the 1060 6gb the preferred GPU

CPU: i7-2600K 4751MHz 1.44V (software) --> 1.47V at the back of the socket Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme4 (BCLK: 103.3MHz) CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 RAM: Adata XPG 2x8GB DDR3 (XMP: 2133MHz 10-11-11-30 CR2, custom: 2203MHz 10-11-10-26 CR1 tRFC:230 tREFI:14000) GPU: Asus GTX 1070 Dual (Super Jetstream vbios, +70(2025-2088MHz)/+400(8.8Gbps)) SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB (main boot drive), Transcend SSD370 128GB PSU: Seasonic X-660 80+ Gold Case: Antec P110 Silent, 5 intakes 1 exhaust Monitor: AOC G2460PF 1080p 144Hz (150Hz max w/ DP, 121Hz max w/ HDMI) TN panel Keyboard: Logitech G610 Orion (Cherry MX Blue) with SteelSeries Apex M260 keycaps Mouse: BenQ Zowie FK1

Or just get a blower model

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I was referring to a blower model GPU cooler, like the founders edition Nvidia cards. Since you have a nice spacious case it doesn't matter.

No experience with the H500. Mine does 74°C peak in a S340 elite if it helps.

Strix cards, or the Asus Dual cooler, and MSI is more competent with their twin frozr design (but I'm still not a fan, it's too heavy and ugly imo)

Xfx seems to make lamer and lamer cards each generation, nothing to get excited about but if you spy a good deal it's worth grabbing.

Yeah strix can be expensive but they are great. The dual for AMD is actually white highlighted and mostly black for RX cards. It even has different fan blades, not sure why it's still called dual.

The Nvidia cards are white coolers. So if you want the same performance then a 1060 is good. Also you did mention "freesync makes it all cheaper" but I have a monitor with no adaptive sync so I'd say freesync and g sync aren't necessary.

Idk, played lately ac odyssey on my 750ti without g sync or soemthing and so much screen tearing. the photos on all the manufacturer websites makes it look so over than what it is, but the tearing was almost as bad as in the photos.

The game is a hard game to run even in high end hardware so it will still stutter even with adaptive sync. That being said it won't screen tear while it stutters.

6GB is all you should consider. The 580's GPU is very comparable to the 1060's, so the vram amount is up to you. 8GB of vram does come in handy.
