Rtx 2080ti Build ideas help

I just recently got my hands on a rtx 2080ti and wanted help with ideas on what are good components to put together in a build I have an idea on what to use but just would like some suggestions my budget would have to be under 3 or 2 My monitor currently is Asus pg278qr and I don’t need Peripherals

Is that budget under $3000 ? Are you in the USA ? 

 

You would want to be looking at a high refresh rate 1440p, 3440 x 1440 or 4K for that gpu. For the cpu then it depends on whether you want value for money (Ryzen) or are happy to pay higher prices for Intel. 

 

So you need a monitor and the rest of the pc (Minus the gpu) ? Need a mouse/keyboard etc ?

2-3 is a huge budget leap. I'd aim for the 3k budget if you still need the peripherals as lee said. Monitor, mouse, etc.

Assuming his budget is 3k I left 500 for peripherals which is usually enough unless he's going for dual monitors

You would be looking at more than that for a 27" 1440p IPS G-Sync screen.

If you want the best 'Gaming' CPU then that would be the i9 9900K. No price listed but I am guessing around $579 - $599 or thereabouts.

 

Case choice is personal preference so go with something you like. I would stick with a 360mm cooler though (Or high end Air such as the BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4) as the 9900K still runs hot even with the soldered IHS, so you want as much cooling as you can.

 

You should be good with a 650W psu.
