He does have a point, guys

Finalizing the parts list for my next build, wondering if anyone sees any issues? Everything will be cooled under a custom loop.

Only parts I don't have atm are the CPU and memory, plus some watercooling stuff. Most of the parts were chosen just because I had them on hand. I don't have the 980 Tis yet but I've arranged a trade for them and they include full cover waterblocks. If theres an issue with that, let me know. Thanks.

imo 1950x with half the RAM is better. You still get quad channel memory that way

The 1950X is more expensive though and I doubt I'd notice a difference. I'd rather fill up all the RAM slots.

why get 16 cores for watchng anime tough?

hell, why even get 12?

anyway, this build should be compatible, so it should be a smooth build.

counting boxes in Task Manager :P

Also if upping core count isnt noticeable, then so is having more RAM.

When buying memory for a quad channel capable cpu one should opt for 4 or 8 module kits. Buying multiple dual channel kits does not guaranty quad channel operation as kits may not be electrically compatible.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
