System Service Exception BSOD after CPU Upgrade

Tieox

Hi all, I've just upgraded my cpu from a 6600 to a 6700k, I used Coolermaster MasterGel Pro paste and used the line method, the system has been very stable for the past 24hours, I have ran Cinebench a few times concurrently and seeing the highest of 71c rapidly cooling to ambient due to my aggressive fan curve in my QFan Controller on my bios.

However, today in Fallout 4 I got a BSOD - System Service Exception (i run latest public release Windows 10 Home) having not had this BSOD before on this system, could this be a IRQ Conflict or something more concerning?

I've version 3610 which came out April 2018, is one more version newer.  Driver wise Asus have not pushed a new chipset driver in a good while. (may 2018)
