Dogecoin

In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only a GTX 1080, just a single 1080, where my glorious PC once stood....

For that is all I need, For the Emperor of Man, Jen-Hsun Huang, protects. We march for Nvidia, and we shall know no fear!

Make new, revolutionary, recognizable, useful coin.

Put in 10$

Become millionare.

:D

Now dogecoin, catcoin and litecoin are "In".

On the long run, maybe peercoin, anoncoin and other "different" coins will be relevant.

@smackinghar5

Maybe, it depends on if you think it'll rise in value or not. i.e. if you think it'll rise, don't. If you think it will drop, sure.

Personally, why worldcoin? Just curious...

I'm betting on Dogecoin to recover now that this stupid fork issue is gone, and the Dogecoin community is one of the most supportive to new miners that I've encountered while mining.

It's a risk-reward concept.

If you're looking for a pretty safe investment, then go with LiteCoin, which isn't as likely to tank as DogeCoin and the other more "niche" coins, but again, is more difficult to mine (harder to find blocks, less efficient, whatever you want to call it) and there is a smaller chance of a boom and you becoming a millionaire.

Look at it this way, mining LiteCoin is much like investing in shares, debentures or property, slow, sustained profits, you can make a lot of money over time, but it's not "get rich quick" and there's a pretty low chance of losing everything. Mining DogeCoin is more like going to a Casino, you can win big, but you can also lose big.

Well for me I am going DogeCoin as I want high risk high reward. :)  GL OP

Now as for DogeCoin all I see from what I installed is the DogeCoin wallet and it is trying to sync with the network.  Where do we see what we are actually mining?

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S
