I want to know if I did a good job on my pc

Daddy Dave

Sorry guys I'm new to pc gaming. I built a pretty budget friendly pc with a GTX 1050 TI, Ryzen 3 processor, and 8 gigabytes of ram( if you want to see all the parts go to Joey Delgado 500$ pc). I have a really cheap Chinese keyboard called the K552 Kamura RGB keyboard, I mean its ok but is too loud (please leave any good cherry MX brown switch TKl keyboard since I have a very little desk and need a better keyboard) My mouse is really good and I like it. It is the Steel series rival 310. Then, my monitor is an Asus vg245h 75 Hz ( I chose 75 Hz because I figured that my pc can't really do much more than 75 frames plus I don't really notice a difference ) I want a second opinion on if I should get double monitors ( one on top of the other) because I also have a ps4 and Xbox and its annoying to switch between different inputs everytime ( plus two monitors is awesome) I have the fifine k669 for my audio. It is ok for a budget microphone. Definitely sound better than the snowball tho. Then for hearing audio, I have the Bose QC 25. ( any recommendations for a good budget friendly DAC/AMP) I had them laying around and I never really used them but dang they sound so much better than a gaming 50$ headset. For my mouse pad, I have the Steel Series QcK which is nice. By the way, I was thinking about getting the Ficlo Majestouch 2 TKL. Feel free to roast my pc and my parts I just want good solid feedback.

Lmao there's nothing wrong with your build, for a budget build its good. For that build, you thought right about your monitor, and if the hassle of switching between both monitors is annoying, and you have the money for a second, then get one, why not. 7/10, good build.

I personally prefer a single monitor setup and ever since I have used a 4k "TV" as a monitor due to the size and how much more immersive it is I will not be going back to any PC monitor again, Big Format Gaming Displays are looking promising.

As far as the monitor goes I think its best to put all your funds into one monitor, unless of course you have some use for two or just have a personal preference on having two monitors. To solve the switching problem is as simple as this right here

https://www.amazon.com/GANA-Intelligent-Switcher-Splitter-Supports/dp/B0739GSKV2/ref=sr_1_5?s=audio-video-accessories&ie=UTF8&qid=1539474624&sr=1-5&keywords=hdmi+switch&dpID=51PZQ4cdHEL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

Can plug three devices into one HDMI port, and switch between them via remote control very useful and very cheap, tons of different models to choose from. That way just pressing a single button is easier as some monitors make it a pain in the ass to switch between ports.

I use something similar for my optical audio cables.

That's a solid first build, no reason to roast you on it haha. Not everyone can or is willing to spend thousands on a PC.

Ur good man. I hope to grow up and maybe be richer than I am because I am very poor at the moment. HMU whenever you want to play fortnite and talk about tech and stuff. I'm new to the pc world so I'm very interested
