Which one should i choose for better streaming?

Hello people, can u help me which one should i choose for better streaming?. because i always drop my fps when i game streaming while active my OBS.

Should i buy i7 8700 or get elgato 60hd pro. so i cant drop my fps? Tq.

my pc spec : GPU : RX580 8GB

                     CPU : I5 8400

                     Mobo : Asus TUF H370 Pro Gaming

                     Ram : 16 GB

                     SSD : 120GB

                     HDD : 1.5 Tera

I don't own an Elgato HD60 so I don't know the pros and cons compared to just streaming with software. In this case you should buy the Elgato, as a brand new CPU is a lot of money to spend just to start streaming.

elgato so you don't drop fps. the i5-8400 is meant for gaming, and its great for that. Brand new CPU is expensive like ^ said. Make sure to research stuff for the elgato though.
