Steam download stuck at 0bytes/s

Steam download stuck at 0bytes/s and time remaining keeps increasing. This happens often and is so annoying, I cannot redownload the game because it had problems... Anyone knows how to fix this?

Which drives have you got?

Have you tried to delete the whole game+folder (if it isn't deleted automatically)?

i just deleted from steam, I could try that. I have a 1tb sshd that im installing this on and a 250gb ssd.

You got pretty decent drives then...

Maybe your internet has poor infrastructure and you get a lot of packets lost?

Have you tried to install the game on another PC?

it works on other people's pcs, my internet is pretty damn bad, but this thing only happens with this game.

Oh wow it just now randomly downloaded when i tried to install it on the ssd and deleted the folder. It showed 0 bytes/second and then randomly downloaded

This happens to me a lot too. I just pause it and restart Steam and that fixes it every time.
