Is there a way to make 1 speaker ONLY play BASS? and others sound? headphone sSplitter

so i have a headphone Splitter and have my 2 pc speakers plugged into 1 jack as 1 jack powers the 2 speakers BUT i use my other jack with the splitter as a 3rd speaker

 

now the 3rd speaker has better bass so i want to make it play bass only not speaking or anyhting is that possilbe?

Windows doesn't have very good bass management though, so you wouldent be getting too much out of it when playing music and such/.


Best option would be a low pass filter.
