Advice needed!

Hey, I need advice on making my build look better but not sure what the best way to go is. Specs and parts listed below. If you need to know other peripherals, please ask!

I5-7500

16GB DDR4 Patriot Viper

1050 Ti (Soon to be changed to a 1060)

Corsair Force MP500 120GB M.2

1TB WB Blue 7200 RPM

500W EVGA 80+ Bronze

NZXT 340 Black/Red

Cooler Master 240ML

My recommendation is new matching LED fans. Cable combs to clean up the look of the sleeved cables. When you get your 1060 get matching white sleeved cables. Maybe a red or white LED strip as well. And get that DUST ou tof your system lol. Otherwise, it's looking good.

What? He didn't ask about upgrading... He asked about aesthetics.

 

I would clean up that water block cable, but other than that the build looks really clean to me. You can always get some LED strips.

Sorry probably should have said I'm getting the 1060 from a friend who hasn't had it for very long and for fairly cheap

I would also say to rotate the rad if possible, could help tidy up the AIO hoses. I would also say to not use led or RGB fans in this scenario. I would instead say to go with some fans like some Corsair AP 120's (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Fans/AIR-SERIES-LED-CONFIG/p/CO-9050001-WW) or SP120's (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/LED-Color/Fan-Size/Package-Quantity/AIR-SERIES-LED-CONFIG/p/CO-9050014-WW) They look elegant, you can change the color ring, and the SP120's are static pressure so using them on your rad should get you best CPU temp. results.

I do plan on selling the case and replace it with the phanteks p350x and I agree that I should rotate the AIO but taping it to the top... that would look really tacky.

I would strongly disagree with your friend. You should check out https://www.v1tech.com/ and get yourself a custom backplate for that Asus Dual series GPU. I got one for mine, made my build look so much better, and it's held down magnets so no need to take the GPU apart at all.

Thanks haha, I really liked the turnout. And yeah, it's not bad if you live in the US, $50 and free shipping (I'd wait for a sale I got mine for around $35US). But since I live in Canada with shipping it cost me like $70CAD.

I do plan on that eventually but my next "project" is a mini monitor on my desk for temps/usage.
