Can i get a keyboard reccomendation

elexi0s

buying my first mechanical keyboard and have looked all over but the ones that fit my needs full;y are a little expensive (corsair k95 mainly) so i need cherry mx brown switches and a bunch of macro keys as well as media keys. hopefully for less than $150 but price is a little flexible. the nicer and less gamery the look the better.

any help or advice is appreciated <3

I think Corsair K95 is unbeatable.

I bought an used K55 and it works perfectly, so you should look into used K95s if you want to spend less, but I think K70 Rapidfire Mk.2 is the one you should go with.

How much is the EVGA Z10 where u are ? its not overly gamery imo , doesnt have gawdy RGB, can be had with kaith brown switches, and as a bonus has a little lcd screen on it for hardware monitoring.

The wrist rest can be removed yes.

LCD ..not sure ..you'd have to look into that.. it works with Aida64 though, and other hardware monitoring programs, so i expect you could program somthing for it if you wanted.

IBM Model m

this one does the least look gamery i think, can relate that it has always been a good and annoying option to play with in my youth.

A more serious recomendation is this one at 78 pounds,  :Logitech g413

for me k95 also is unbeatable, tried logitech's romer g and dude k95's are rock solid and logitech are full of cheap plastic (maybe a less clumsy person can disagree)  everyday 1 little blow and my kb is clean ( dont think dirty.... geez this never ends)
